Alkar

Alkar cartridge counter pistol.  Note the loaded chamber indicator beneath the extractor.  With no cartridge in the chamber the rounded portion at the rear protrudes.  With a cartridge in the chamber the rounded portion is even with the slide but the front of the indicator protrudes.  Photograph courtesy Rock Island Auction.
