This California style slim-jim holster holds the .45 Cimarron with 7-1/2” barrel very tight.
I had to wet the outside of the holster, let it soak in for a few minutes,and slowly work the gun into it while shaping it with my hands.  Wet forming is very important to get a heavy leather holster like this into the correct shape, but it should not be overdone.
