Additional Comments:

Georg Kern:  The main distributor for Efke films in Europe is Fotoimpex in Berlin/Germany. Go to their homepage at http://www.fotoimpex.de and klick on the developer tank on the lower left corner of the opening page. This will  give you time tables for (Croatian) Efke and (Czech) Foma films with many  different developers. The list is in German and English. Fotoimpex ships  worldwide, I think.
