This photograph was taken on the road to Cacaxtla, about 5 miles outside of the city of Tlaxcala, but the two volcanos can be seen from some heights in the city. On the left is Popocatépetl and on the right is Ixtaccihuatl. On the other side of these volcanos, about 50 miles West, lies Mexico City. |
