Comments:  For Rodinal and HC-110 continuous agitation for first 30 seconds, then 10 seconds (4 inversions) per minute thereafter.  For PMK and PMK+ continuous agitation for first 30 seconds, then 5 seconds (2 inversions) every 30 seconds thereafter.  This isn’t my favorite 400 speed film, but it is cheap (in the U.S.) and I have used it a lot and gotten excellent results with it.

Comments:  Gentle continuous agitation for the first 30 seconds, then 2 inversions every minute.
Rodinal Special gives me finer grain compared to Rodinal, but a little bit less sharpness.  Don't expect miracles with APX400 at E.I.400, but Rodinal Special does a good job. I find that the 1:30 dilution works better than the recommended 1:15.
