Schouboe Serial Number 108 - This gun is most like the patent of any known example. I am calling it a Type I, but it is often referred to as the Model 1902 or Model 1903. It has a flat hammer spring and a magazine release like that of early Browning pistols. A flat spring runs under the rear sight, with a hook on the end that serves to retain the rear closure piece.
