Belgian Velo Dog .25.  My best guess is that this gun was made in the teens or 20’s of the 20th century.  It shoots the .25 ACP round, which wasn’t developed until 1905.  Most Velo Dogs use the same ejector mechanism that was on the Webley Bulldog.
