Making Holsters

Wet the holster, both inside and out.  You can soak in a pan, if you like.  Bianchi says you shouldn’t soak any longer than necessary, and he recommends soaking in warm water with a small amount of dish detergent.  The leather should almost feel dry on the outside for forming.
