This gun is a bit heavy for wearing on a belt--it really needs its own extra-wide belt to support it, independent of the belt you wear to hold up your pants--but it was really just an exercise for me in holster making. Making a cartridge belt for a big revolver like this is another thing entirely. John Bianchi has made a series of videos on Advanced Western Holster Making, where he lays out the whole process. |
