Austrian Patent 33467 corresponds with Belgian patent 194518, dated 28 August 1906. This patent details the lockwork and hammer for the Model 1907. The Belgian patent 194518 still showed a gun with the same frame as the Model 1903, but this Austrian patent, filed nearly a year later on 27 July 1907 shows a gun with a shortened grip frame, but still having two screws at the rear. This likely indicates that the Model 1907 did not begin manufacture until the middle of 1907. |
