The DUO and the “Z” are identical pistols. The DUO in the photograph above was made in 1948, the last year of production at Opocno. After the factory was nationalized by the
communist regime in 1948, the pistol was renamed the “Z” and was manufactured at the Ceska Zbrojovka plant in Uhersky Brod.
